Excellent Stay with Swim-Up Room!

great location friendly staff clean room laid-back atmosphere

The location was great. It's far from the noisy parts but close enough for a walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always had smiles. Our room matched the description. It was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere.

faulty control panel limited selection

The hotel was a bit tired. The air conditioning in my Green Signature Pool Access room struggled to keep the space cool. The control panel seemed faulty. It had only three settings. The breakfast selection was also somewhat limited. MORE bread options would have been appreciated.

pool access breakfast buffet polite staff

the staff was polite. my room had direct access to the pool, REALLY great. i also found the breakfast buffet had a LOT of options, it was difficult to try EVERYTHING.

I noticed some slight staining on the bathroom tiles. It was a VERY minor thing.
